“Squashed Buildings” : Porto, 9th September 2011
Later in the day the weather cleared up and the clouds dissipated, almost mysteriously, and so I was able to walk down the old streets to the waterfront where these oddly compressed buildings, one of the sites of Porto, reside.
The upper stories are residential, but the first floors are cafes and restaurants, and the whole area is very pleasant to hang around in as the evening sun goes down.
